The Fabulosos are a hard drinking, tough living band that enjoys driving around the country and playing out in bars and anywhere that people will take them.
One day about a year ago, while sleeping on the beach in Mexico, they ran out of alcohol and sobered up.
The experience was nothing less than a revelation. For the past 10 years they had an absolutely fabulous time traveling the world and playing music, but they couldn't remember any of it.
They decided it was time to hit the coffee and put down the bottle (sometimes) and release some of their music so they would have something to remember themselves.
On the road it was usually Johnny, Diego, and Jimmy, as Orville had trouble traveling due to all the arrest warrants out for him. But in the studio, at an undisclosed location, the four could be together. So they decided it was time for the world hear what the Fabulosos were about.

About 10 years ago, Johnny Fabuloso was living in Texas when he met Diego Fabuloso in a strip club in Laredo, where Diego was playing in a band. It turned out that not only did they share the same last name, they both shared the same great-grandfather, Don Castulo Fabuloso, who was part Mexican and part Apache. The two, also sharing a deep love for tequila, decided to form a band and tour the country.
It was in a strip club in Nashville that Johnny and Diego met Jimmy Fabuloso, who was the emcee for the club. Jimmy already had a long entertainment career, as a child he was a high-flying trapeze artist in the circus, his family was known as "The Flying Fabulosos," but after the accident he left the circus and became a traveling musician, picking up any kind of work wherever he went.
The three decided to tour the country and so The Fabulosos were born. In North Carolina they were picked up and jailed for public drunkenness, where they ended up sharing the same cell as Orville. As they all jammed in their jail cell, they knew that Orville, by the way he banged on the bars, was the drummer they needed. It did not hurt that his last name was also Fabuloso, which caused a lot of confusion when they all had to appear before the judge the next day, but that is another story.
